Healthy Food
Children should eat regular meals and healthy snacks each day to give them energy,we need nutrients to help us grow. A variety of foods is essential and important to have a healthy balanced
diet.
The four main food groups are four main food groups and breads and cereals fruit and vegetables dairy products meat and fish. Fat and sugar should be eaten everyday, but only in small amounts. The best drinks for kids are milk and water, juice and fizzy should be left for treats.
Eat a healthy diet and you will live a long and happy life.
